What You’ll Need to Apply…

If you are interested in volunteering to be on the crew for the Script to Screen Challenge film which will be shooting on February 25- 26 2012, please fill out this form. Once our director has been selected on January 20th, they will be reviewing these applications and securing crew by February 4th, 2012.

The PRODUCTION schedule is February 25-26, 2012.*

This is our currently scheduled shoot date. If you're not available, then there's no reason to apply at this time.
The POST schedule begins February 27-March 18, 2012.*
- YES I am currently available for the POST schedule
This is our currently scheduled post-production timeframe. We need to know if you'd be generally available to perform your required duties to help complete a 7-12 minute film during this time frame.

By submitting this application, I agree that:
- The above information is accurate to my knowledge.
- I am currently available for full 12-hour film shooting schedule on both February 25-26, 2012.
If selected as a crew member for the winning Script to Screen film, I agree that:
- I will perform my duties as required to collaborate in making the best possible quality short film given the time and budget.
- My time, services, and any materials used to perform my job, will be a donation to IFP Phoenix, a non-profit program under the 501c3 Phoenix Film Foundation.
- Upon signing the crew-hiring paperwork, I will be legally contracted to work on the shooting days of February 25-26, 2012. Any/all benefits and/or terms of hiring will be detailed in writing at that time.
