Beat the Clock- Screening and Awards Party

It is PARTY TIME!  27 teams competed, 21 finished on time, and 4 teams completed after the deadline.  It’s time to celebrate our artwork, network with other filmmakers, eat, dance and be merry!

Where?

Located at the Phoenix Art Museum
1625 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 

When?

Friday July 29th 2011 – Doors open at 5:30 pm
Screenings at 6 and 8pm, Awards immediately after. 

What?

Schedule

Because of the increased run-time of each film, each screening will show unique films!

5:30pm – Doors open and party begins in the Great Hall with music by Micah Beverly, food from America’s Taco Shop (included in ticket price) and a no-host bar.

6:00pm – Screening of the films for Program A in Whiteman Hall while the party continues out in the Great Hall.

8:00pm – Screening of the films for Program B in Whiteman Hall while the party continues out in the Great Hall.

10:15pm – Awards announced in the Great Hall

Purchasing Tickets

Each team participating will receive two complimentary tickets through will call. Those tickets were reserved when each team submitted their film details and will automatically be assigned for the screening time of their film.  

Tickets are $15 per screening,  or $25 for both screenings.
