Editor Needed for Documentary Short (Paid)
AncientFuture Productions is looking for an editor with expertise in Final Cut Pro 7 to be the main editor on a Documentary Short film of 20-30 minutes in length.
The Director’s goal with this project is to document different opinions on how unrest in Egypt and the Middle East has a ripple effect around the world, even in places as far from Egypt as Arizona – and to tell the story from an American teen perspective. The Director has approximately 20 hours of raw interviews and news footage to be edited into a final film. The editor would be expected to have access to a Mac computer with Final Cut Pro 7. All footage will be provided on a terabyte hard-drive to be loaned to the editor. This work can be done on a flexible schedule with regular weekly meetings to be scheduled with the Director.
